The team offered excellent service , with Joaquín at reception ensuring check-in was seamless and creating a cute atmosphere. i loved the rooftop sky bar. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. breakfast had a nice selection of fresh fruit , a good start to each day. the location provided easy access to many attractions .

i found that the shower was backed up during my entire stay, even after complaining to the front desk. it's quite annoying when you expect a relaxing shower and get a flooded bathroom instead (not fun at all).
