The team offered excellent service , with Joaquín at reception ensuring check-in was seamless and creating a cute atmosphere. i loved the rooftop sky bar. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. breakfast had a nice selection of fresh fruit , a good start to each day. the location provided easy access to many attractions .

The front desk staff was efficient. They provided clear directions to nearby attractions. I easily walked to several restaurants from the hotel. I also found the gym well equipped. It included multiple cardio machines and weight stations.

The hallway carpet showed some wear.

the staff was friendly (i must admit).

i found that the shower was backed up during my entire stay, even after complaining to the front desk. it's quite annoying when you expect a relaxing shower and get a flooded bathroom instead (not fun at all).

the staff were friendly and cute. they seemed genuinely interested in how we were enjoying our trip. breakfast included different types of egg and bacon..

the hotel did not have the type of tea bags i am used to from the uk. the gym, pool, and bar facilities required an extra payment of 15 euros per person per hour..
